PAUSE - deactivates the kill switch and all alerts for a set amount of time
RESUME - immediately reactivates kill switch and all alerts
This is a convenience command in case...

you have to go to work early

you're at a friend's house late, but it's a safe neighborhood

it's 1am and you need to move your vehicle for a moment

This feature is available as of VT version 3.1

Even if Lockdown Mode is enabled, PAUSE will deactivate the kill switch and all alerts

If currently paused and you want to change the pause length, simply send another Pause command
